Where is Brad' Vineyard? If it is a cool place and doesn't cost and "arm and a leg" to get to then perhaps it would be a good choice for a convention. Otherwise, New York' Long Island Montauk location would be a real treat for all to enjoy.
Hey. I think this is an incredible Idea even though I'm also what you would consider as *in the same position as the gentleman on the bicycle* due to generational poverty and disabilities..
I've always been passionate about magic and honestly would love to make it to any convention if I could manage it financially. I've studied magic my whole life and even attempted to perform many different times, but was always thwarted by the cost and my anxiety. So I collect magic books, tricks, coins and cards that I can afford and practice when I can. But I haven't been to a convention. Or met any hero's.. I do own the gold Arcane deck. Wish I could meet Brad!!! If this happens I would be honored to go.. and bring my 9 yr old daughter as well to keep the magic alive for her generation as well.
This is a great idea. Allow me to suggest for the future, however, that you may want to consider polls that allow you to click on more than one response. For example, it's easier for me to attend LA and New York than London or Amsterdam. If we can vote for more than one, you'd get a better sense of how many people are possibly interested, not just a list of the single faves.
